Reservierungs- und Stornobedingungen

Das angegebene Ankunftsdatum und Abreisedatum ist unbedingt einzuhalten. Änderungen sind nur verbindlich, wenn diese schriftlich durch uns bestätigt worden sind. Wir als Betreiber sind nicht zur Erfüllung der Änderungswünsche verpflichtet.

Bei groben Verstößen gegen die aktuelle Platzordnung, die Bestandteil dieser Geschäftsbedingungen sind, haben unsere Mitarbeiter das Recht, den Gast vom Platz zu verweisen.
Die Belegung eines Stellplatzes ist bis höchstens 6 Personen zulässig. Alle anwesenden Personen, auch Tagesbesuch, sind an der Rezeption zu melden.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass ein Aufenthalt mit maximal 2 Hunden geduldet wird. Sollten Sie buchen und mit mehr Hunden anreisen, ist eine Aufenthalt nicht möglich. Zudem besteht kein Anspruch auf Rückerstattung. Es gelten die normalen Stornierungsbedingungen.
Der gebuchte Stellplatz bzw. die Mietunterkunft steht Ihnen am Anreisetag ab 15:00 Uhr (in der Nebensaison ab 16:00 Uhr) zur Verfügung und die Abreise hat bis 12:00 Uhr zu erfolgen.
Eine Reservierung für Gruppen (ab drei Einheiten / Familien) kann nur auf vorherige Anfrage und daraufhin zugesandtem Meldeformular erfolgen. Bei Missachtung gelten alle in Verbindung stehenden Reservierungen als vom Gast storniert. Hier gelten die normalen Stornierungsbedingungen
Ein Rücktritt des Mieters ist jederzeit möglich. Der Rücktritt hat schriftlich zu erfolgen und muss vom Campingplatz rückbestätigt werden. Im Falle eines Rücktritts werden folgende Kostenpauschalen einbehalten:

Bis 30 Tage vor Anreise ist die Stornierung kostenlos
Ab 30 Tage vor Anreise zahlen Sie 20 % des Gesamtbetrags
Ab 10 Tage vor Anreise zahlen Sie 60 % des Gesamtbetrags
Ab 3 Tage vor Anreise zahlen Sie 80 % des Gesamtbetrags
Bei Stornierung am Anreisetag oder „Nichtanreise“ zahlen Sie 100 % des Gesamtbetrags
Bei vorzeitiger Abreise werden die Stellplatzgebühren bis zum gebuchten Abreisedatum verrechnet

Informieren Sie bei einer Anreise nach 18 Uhr die Rezeption telefonisch bis spätestens 17:00 Uhr, ansonsten gilt die Buchung als nicht wahrgenommen und der Platz kann jederzeit anderweitig vergeben werden. Eine Entschädigung ist nicht möglich.

Dies gilt ebenso für Stellplätze welche durch vorzeitige Abreise frei werden. Das Belegen eines Stellplatzes oder Mietobjekts durch den Campingplatz bedeutet keine Stellung eines Ersatzmieters, da die Gäste in der Regel anderweitig untergebracht werden könnten. Der gebuchte Aufenthaltszeitraum ist verbindlich. Eine verfrühte Abreise rechtfertigt nicht die Kürzung des Gesamtrechnungsbetrages.

Wir empfehlen Ihnen ausdrücklich den Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittsversicherung!

• The date of arrival and departure must be respected. Changes are only binding if they have
been confirmed by us in writing. We as the operator are not obliged to comply with the
change requests.
• In case of gross violations of the current course regulations, which are part of these terms and
conditions, our employees have the right to expel the guest from the course.
• The occupancy of a pitch is permitted up to a maximum of 6 people. All persons present, including day
visitors, must be reported to the reception.
• Please note that a stay with a maximum of 2 dogs is tolerated. If you book and arrive with
more dogs, a stay is not possible. In addition, there is no right to refund. The normal
cancellation policy applies.
• The booked pitch or rental accommodation is available to you on the day of arrival from 3:00
p.m. (in low season from 4:00 p.m.) and departure has to take place by 12:00 p.m.
• A reservation for groups (from three units/families) can only be made upon prior request and
then sent registration form. In case of non-compliance, all related reservations will be
considered cancelled by the guest. Here the normal cancellation conditions apply
• The tenant may withdraw at any time. The cancellation must be made in writing and must be
confirmed by the campsite. In case of cancellation, the following flat-rate costs will be withheld:

• Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival
• From 30 days before arrival you pay 20% of the total amount
• From 10 days before arrival you pay 60% of the total amount
• From 3 days before arrival you pay 80% of the total amount
• In case of cancellation on the day of arrival or "no-show" you will pay 100% of the total
amount
• In case of early departure, the pitch fees will be charged until the booked
departure date

• If you arrive after 6 p.m., please call the reception
By 17:00 at the latest, otherwise the booking is considered not taken and the place can be
assigned elsewhere at any time. Compensation is not possible.

• This also applies to pitches that become vacant due to early departure. The use of a pitch or
rental property by the campsite does not imply the position of a substitute tenant, as the
guests could usually be accommodated elsewhere. The booked period of stay is binding.
An early departure does not justify the reduction of the total amount of the invoice.
• We strongly recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance!
