Arrival & Departure

When can I arrive and by when do I have to leave?

As a rule, arrival is possible from 3:00 pm (4:00 pm in low season). Please depart by 12:00 pm – for rental accommodations by 10:00 am. Arrival must take place by 6:00 pm.

Can I arrive late in the evening?

Arrival after 6:00 pm is only possible in exceptional cases and only after prior telephone arrangement by 5:00 pm at the latest. Please note that on days with limited staff availability (e.g. bistro closing days), a late arrival cannot be guaranteed.

Can I arrive earlier or leave later?

If occupancy allows, this is often possible. For example, if the pitch is already free in the morning, you are welcome to move in earlier. If you would like a late departure, you can add a late check-out (subject to availability).

Just ask briefly – we’ll tell you quickly what’s possible.


Booking & Payment

Do I need a reservation?

We recommend making a reservation, especially on weekends, during holidays and around public holidays.

How can I book?

The easiest way is online via our booking page, or alternatively by This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Please note that we only accept telephone bookings for returning guests.

Which payment methods are available?

Depending on the on-site process, cash and/or card payment is possible. Details are included in the booking confirmation. (Card payment only from €60.)

Can I rebook/change my reservation?

Often yes – depending on availability and season. Just get in touch and we’ll look at the options.

How does cancellation work?

The cancellation conditions depend on the period and the type of booking. The conditions in your booking confirmation and our terms & conditions apply.

Rules, Facilities & Site

Are there quiet hours?

Yes – please be considerate in the evenings and at night so everyone can relax. Night quiet hours start at 10:00 pm. Day quiet hours are between 12:30 pm to 15:00 pm.

Am I allowed to barbecue?

Basically yes, as long as you use your own grill that does not touch the ground and no open fire is made in it. Please only use safe grills and never leave embers unattended. You are also welcome to use our designated barbecue area. (Please clean it afterwards so the next guests can enjoy it as well.)

Are dogs allowed?

Yes, up to 2 dogs per unit are welcome. Please keep them on a leash and dispose of waste properly.

Is there electricity at the pitch?

All pitches have their own power connection (16A – on the lower motorhome area 10A). Please bring a suitable CEE cable. If you have questions, just ask – we’ll sort it out immediately.

Is there water at the pitch?

Each terrace has a drinking water fountain where water can be collected manually (summer months only). Alternatively, water can be obtained in the sanitary facilities.

For filling up motorhome water tanks, we have a water filling station opposite the toilet disposal point.

Is there disposal for chemical toilet / greywater?

Disposal facilities are available on site and are explained upon arrival. Please use only the designated stations.

How are the sanitary facilities equipped?

Sanitary facilities are available and cleaned regularly. Please help keep them pleasant for everyone: leave them clean, dispose of waste, be considerate.

Available are showers, toilets, wash cabins, hairdryer, changing tables, dryer / washing machine, dishwashing kitchen with stove and microwave – if you have any questions, just let us know.

Our sanitary facilities are not barrier free.

Is there a washing machine and dryer?

Yes – washing machine and dryer can be used in our sanitary buildings with coins.

Dryer: 2x €1 coin
Washing machine: 3x €1 coin

Are campfires / fire bowls allowed?

No – open fires are prohibited for safety reasons.

Can I receive visitors?

Visitors are generally possible, but must always be registered and paid for. The duration of the visit does not change the registration requirement.


Wi-Fi & Digital Services

Is there Wi-Fi?

Yes, Wi-Fi is available and can be added for an extra charge of €2 per device per 24 hours (tiered prices for longer stays – just ask).

With the KönigsCard offers and in the holiday apartment, Wi-Fi is included.

Is the Wi-Fi good enough for home office / video calls / streaming?

That depends on location and utilization. In general, performance is usually sufficient – but we can’t guarantee “fiber-speed internet” on a campsite.

Can I use my own router/repeater to improve it?

No – using routers or similar devices violates our terms of use.


Service & Supplies

What about waste separation?

Please separate waste and use the designated collection points. It helps everyone and keeps the site clean. Waste separation is a MUST – even on holiday.

Is there gastronomy on site?

Depending on season/offer. Alternatively, there are options in the surrounding area – we’re happy to give tips. The opening hours of our bistro can be asked on site.

Is there a shop or kiosk?

Depending on the season, there are offers on site or nearby. Current information is available on site.

Is there a bread roll service?
